For those planning to drive to the campus and park, we provide two sets of directions. - Drive to the second traffic light and take a left onto University Ave.
- Follow University Ave. until you pass under the H1 overpass. At the first light, take a right onto Dole St.
- Follow Dole St. for approximately 150 feet before taking the first right, which will take you to the entrance to the parking structure.
- Via the H1 Freeway
- Take the University Ave. exit. The exit ramp leads onto University Avenue heading towards Manoa Valley and the University of Hawaii-Manoa.
- Follow University Ave. to the first traffic light and take a right onto Dole St.
- FolloW Dole St. for approximately 150 feet before taking the first right, which will take you to the entrance to the parking structure.
Driving to Campus and Parking After 4 pm and on Weekends
On-campus parking is available for visitors to the Manoa campus after 4 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking is free on Sunday. All other times it costs $3 to park on campus.
- After exiting the H1 freeway (or passing under the H1 overpass on University Ave.), follow University Ave. to the third traffic light and take a right onto Maile Way.
- Pay $3 (which will be refunded if the driver returns within 15 minutes) and proceed past the parking booth.
- Saunders Hall is the first building after the booth. You can park on any of the campus streets or parking lots.
Further information is available at UHManoa's visitor parking website. If you have any questions upon arriving at campus, security personnel are posted at each entrance to the university and will be able to direct you.
